Common use of Extended Sick Pay Clause in Contracts

Extended Sick Pay. For all non-work related injuries and all illnesses, each ARTIST shall receive the sick pay as provided for in subparagraph 20(a) above followed by a 2-week waiting period, thereafter EMPLOYER shall pay the ARTIST $350 per week each week the company is working, for a period of 6 calendar months.

Extended Sick Pay. For all non-work related injuries and all illnesses, each ARTIST shall receive the sick pay as provided for in subparagraph 20(a47(a)(1) above followed by a two (2-) week waiting period, thereafter EMPLOYER shall pay the ARTIST two hundred and fifty dollars ($350 250.00) per week each week the company is working, working for a period of 6 calendar monthstotaling fifty-two (52) weeks.

Extended Sick Pay. For all non-work work-related injuries and all illnesses, each ARTIST shall receive the sick pay as provided for in subparagraph 20(a) above followed by a 2-week waiting period, thereafter EMPLOYER shall pay the ARTIST up to forty-five percent (45%) of their weekly base salary but no less than $350 250 per week each week the company is working, working for a period of 6 six (6) calendar months. Any leave taken pursuant to this section will run concurrently with any statutory entitlement to unpaid leave.

Extended Sick Pay. For all non-work work-related injuries and all illnesses, each ARTIST Artist shall receive the sick pay as provided for in subparagraph 20(a) the initial clause of Paragraph 4 above followed by a 2-one (1) week waiting period, thereafter EMPLOYER shall pay the ARTIST Artist $350 300.00 per week each week the company Company is working, for a period of 6 six (6) calendar months.

Extended Sick Pay. For all non-work related injuries and all illnesses, each ARTIST Artist shall receive the sick pay as provided for in subparagraph 20(a) paragraph C.1 above followed by a 2-week waiting period, thereafter EMPLOYER . Thereafter Employer shall pay the ARTIST Artist $350 250 per week each week the company is working, working for a period of 6 calendar months. It is agreed that such extended sick leave shall be monitored.
