Extra Daily Hours. The Union and the Employer agree to allow our members/your employees covered under the ATU Local 107 Collective Agreement to voluntarily work overtime beyond their regular scheduled work day to the maximums allowed under the Employment Standards Act, 2000 and its regulations and, where applicable, the Highway Traffic Act and its regulations.
