Common use of Extra Daily Hours Clause in Contracts

Extra Daily Hours. The Union and the Employer agree to allow our members/your employees covered under the CUPE Local 5167 Lodges Collective Agreement to voluntarily work overtime beyond their regular scheduled work day to the maximums allowed under the Employment Standards Act, 2000 and its regulations and, where applicable, the Long Term Care Act and its regulations.
