Extra Pay for Extra Service. Any teacher who is required to work beyond the regular teacher in-school work year or required to work after the regular in-school work day for student instruction, tutoring, or bedside teaching, shall be compensated at the hourly rate as follows: 2014-15 $31.00 per hour 2015-16 $31.00 per hour 2016-17 $32.00 per hour
Extra Pay for Extra Service. 1. Category A and Category C: Employees who are required to work beyond the regular in-school work year as defined in ARTICLE 6, or beyond the employee's total in- school work day, shall be compensated at one twelve-hundredth (1/1200) of the employee's annual contract per hour.
2. Category B: Each secretary shall receive overtime pay for each hour of work performed beyond thirty-five (35) hours per week calculated at one and one half times (1 1/2) his/her hourly wage. This provision shall apply to both full-time employees and part-time employees.

It is agreed that all coaching and chaperoning positions, which are new, currently vacant, or currently being held by personnel other than ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Place teaching staff, will be posted on an annual basis. All members of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Place Teachers’ Association will be given first consideration. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Place Athletic Director, after reviewing applications and qualifications of applicants, will make recommendations to the superintendent concerning candidates for such vacant positions. It is recognized that, should a position as described above remain vacant after the application deadline, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Place Union Free School District has the right to consider applicants outside of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Place Teachers’ Association.
1. Clubs shall be defined as any extracurricular activity involving students on any grade level. Assistance given to students, individuals, or groups shall not be considered a club activity.

If any employee agrees to report for duty earlier or stay later than the time above listed, (s)he shall receive additional compensation at one and one-half (1½) times his/her hourly rate for each hour or major fraction thereof (15 minutes) in excess of such time, except for Open House, Federally-funded programs as written in their guidelines, and in emergency situations.

b. Any teacher performing home instruction and summer pay shall be paid at an hourly rate of $30.00 per hour. Board agrees that home and summer instruction duty must be posted first to HEA members.
Extra Pay for Extra Service. When an employee is ordered to report for duty earlier or to stay later than the established normal workday sign-in time, it shall be in writing. He shall receive additional compensation at his actual hourly rate for each hour or major fraction thereof in excess of his regular duty time, except as may be modified by Appendix II of this Agreement.
