EXTRA PAY FOR EXTRA SERVICES. Except as this Agreement shall otherwise provide, all terms and conditions of employment applicable on the signing date of this Agreement to employees covered by this Agreement as established by the rules, regulations and/or policies of the Board in force on said date, shall continue to be so applicable during the term of this Agreement. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, nothing contained herein shall be interpreted and/or applied so as to eliminate, reduce nor otherwise detract from any employee benefit existing prior to its effective date.
EXTRA PAY FOR EXTRA SERVICES. (Applies only to teaching staff) Any teacher who is required to work beyond the regular teacher in-school work year as defined in Article V.A or beyond his/her total in school work day as defined in Article V.B above, shall be compensated at thirty dollars ($30.00) per hour for 2012-2013, thirty- one dollars ($31.00) per hour for 2013-2014 and thirty-two dollars ($32.00) per hour for 2014-2015 with the exception of: 1. Members of the Child Study Team providing pre-approved child study team services beyond the regular teacher in-school work year, during the summer months; 2. Guidance counselors providing pre-approved counseling services beyond the regular teacher in-school work year, during the summer months; and 3. Teaching staff members providing preapproved extended school year services beyond the regular teacher in-school work year, during the summer months, who shall be paid at their prorated hourly rate, which shall be calculated based upon a 185 day school year and a 7.25 hour work day.

Summer Work: Any teacher that engages in curriculum work for the District during the summer months, with the approval of the Superintendent, shall be paid at the current curriculum rate.

EXTRA PAY FOR EXTRA SERVICES. A. The Association agrees to submit a list of extra pay after school activities that will be limited to a maximum of $4,400 for each of the three years of this contract. Activity leaders will be compensated at a rate of $30 per hour. The extra services program shall be planned by the Administration and the teaching staff prior to its submission to the Board. If any activity warrants more than one advisor for the purposes of safety or number of students enrolled, each advisor shall receive full stipend. The Chief School Administrator and the teaching staff shall discuss extra advisors prior to the Chief School Administrator’s recommendation to the Board. B. The following extra service programs will be compensated yearly at the following rates: Stipend Yearbook – 2 staff members $150 each Xxxxxx – 1 coordinator $350 Xxxxxx – 4 staff members $200 each Cognetics – 1 staff member $185 Sub Caller $3,000 Chorale $2,070 C.
