Common use of F/T Clause in Contracts

F/T. if an Employee fails to notify the University of intention to return to work following a lay-off within ten (10) working days of the date of a registered recall letter mailed to the Employee's last address as set out in the University records. It shall be the responsibility of the Employee to keep the University informed of any change of address;
