Standard Time Change. At the time of change from standard to daylight saving time or vice-versa, the time change will take place at 0200 hours. Employees will not receive pay for the hour lost in the change to daylight saving time. In the change to standard time, the ninth hour will be paid at time and one-half (1 ½).
