Facility Unit Power Curve ("FPC. 2.1 From the Commercial Operation Date and for the entire period of the first Contract Year thereafter, the Seller shall measure and record the following information for the purpose of determining the FPC: 2.1.1 Gas flow rate measured prior to the engine or engines and the flares or vents (Nm3/hour); 2.1.2 Methane composition measured prior to the engine or engines and the flares or vents (%vol/vol); and 2.1.3 Energy Output of the Facility Unit, 2.2 The following requirements shall apply to the measurement and recording of the FPC Data: 2.2.1 the gas flow data must: 2.2.1.1 be measured using a gas flow meter mounted in such a location so as to enable the flow rate to all gas engines and flares or vents, to be measured in Nm3/hour. The location of the gas flow meter must be confirmed by the Independent Engineer, and may not be changed without the prior written agreement of both Parties; and 2.2.1.2 be grouped in bins to the nearest 5% of the nominal gas flow rate (being the gas flow rate required to achieve 100% of the Achieved Capacity of the Facility Unit); 2.2.2 the methane composition data must: 2.2.2.1 be measured by a gas composition analyser mounted in such location so as to enable the measurement of the methane composition to all gas engines and flares or vents, in % vol/vol. The location of the gas composition analyser must be confirmed by the Independent Engineer, and may not be changed without the prior written agreement of both Parties; and 2.2.2.2 be grouped in bins to the nearest 5%, and should cover the operational range of the Facility Unit; 2.2.3 the FPC Data shall be recorded as average values taken over 10 minute intervals; 2.2.4 the FPC Data shall be logged by a data logger on the Project Site and date stamped; and 2.2.5 the FPC Data shall be collected by the Facility Unit 's SCADA system. 2.3 The FPC Data shall be stored and analysed by the Seller in order to produce, for each recorded bin of methane composition, a FPC, which shall indicate the relationship between the Energy Output of the Facility Unit and the gas flowrate. 2.4 The FPC Data must be reported to the Buyer by the end of the first Contract Year following the Commercial Operation Date, and shall be verified by the Independent Engineer. The FPC Data shall be delivered in the following formats: 2.4.1 a hard copy of curves showing binned values only; 2.4.2 a hard copy scatter plot showing the individual average ten (10) minute values; and 2.4.3 all raw data obtained from the S...
