Failure to Work Holiday as Agreed. When an employee is scheduled to or agrees to work on one of the designated holidays or the day observed in lieu thereof, if any, and does not work as agreed, he or she shall not receive the pay for such holiday, unless otherwise excused by the Employer and may be subject to disciplinary action.
