The College agrees to contribute towards the cost of the Michigan Confer- ence of Teamsters Health and Welfare Fund the sum of $9.35 (Nine Dollars and Thirty-five Cents) per week per 10-12 month full-time Union employee commencing July 1,1988, and continuing only as long as the group plan is offered by the Teamsters which will include the employee covered by this Agreement. No part of such contribution may be applied towards premiums of any other insurance or hospitalization and no cash payment will be made to any employee in lieu of such contribution by the College.
