Family and Medical Leave Policy. The City shall comply with the Family and Medical Leave Act. Employees eligible for leave under the City’s Family and Medical Leave Policy must substitute any earned or accrued paid time off for unpaid family and medical leave. Only health benefits shall be maintained while an employee is on unpaid family or medical leave, and no benefits shall accrue while an employee is on unpaid family or medical leave or any other unpaid leave of absence.
