Family and Medical. Care Leave shall be available for: 1. The employee’s own serious health condition; 2. Birth, adoption or xxxxxx care of a child; 3. Care of a seriously ill member of the employee’s immediate family. Immediate family to be defined as in this Article XIII, Section 1, Bereavement Leave.
