Family Deductible Limit. This Contract has a family deductible limit of two Cash Deductibles for each Calendar Year. Once [Members] in a family meet the family Cash Deductible in a Calendar Year, We provide coverage for Covered Services and Supplies for all Members who are part of the covered family, less any applicable Coinsurance or Copayments, for the rest of that Calendar Year. Family Deductible Limit. A Family Deductible of $800 will be applied in the case of Family Policies (where three or more persons are included on a policy), taken from the first claim of any one person in the family
Family Deductible Limit. The family deductible per plan year is shown on the Schedule of Benefits. Once your family has met the family deductible per plan year, no further deductibles must be met during the rest of that plan year. The maximum amount that any one insured can contribute toward satisfaction of the family deductible per plan year is the individual deductible amount.
