Common use of Family Member Clause in Contracts

Family Member. For purposes of this policy, a family member is defined as a spouse/domestic partner, child or step-child, legally adopted child, xxxxxx child if such physical placement of the child in the xxxxxx home was made by legal xxxxxx placement, mother or father, step-mother or step-father, or any relative living in the home of the employee for whom the employee has sole responsibility. The Committee will give consideration to special circumstances.
