Common use of Family Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Family Sick Leave. An employee may use Family Xxxx Leave for the illness of a member of the employee's immediate family who requires the care and assistance of the employee. Up to eighty (80) hours per calendar year of the employee’s accumulated unused sick leave may be used for this purpose.
