FDOT. A driveway connection permit and drainage connection permit will be submitted for the Phase 1 Plans. Xxxxxx-Xxxx will prepare the permit applications and coordinate with the County and FDOT. Xxxxxx-Xxxx will submit supporting documentation to the FDOT as required per the applications, including turning movement exhibits, field photographs, location maps, etc. Up to two rounds of comments per application will be responded to if necessary. Xxxxxx-Xxxx will coordinate with FDOT on their comments if necessary.

Schedule The ENGINEER will provide the above Scope of Services as expeditiously as practicable to meet a mutually agreeable schedule. FDOT agrees to follow 40 CFR part 1504 in the event of pre-decision referrals to CEQ for Federal actions determined to be environmentally unsatisfactory. FDOT also agrees to coordinate and work with CEQ on matters brought to CEQ with regards to the environmental review responsibilities for Federal highway projects FDOT has assumed under this MOU.
FDOT is responsible for the application of this process within the program and for overall quality assurance of all deliverables and quality audits on any project during production. The Program Manager is responsible for the review of any products for dissemination to FHWA.
