Field Preparation. Field preparation in advance of baseball games or other on-field Venue Events which shall include, but not be limited to, lining the field, preparation of the unsodded areas of the field, installation of bases, restoration of the field surface as required, and such other services needed to fully prepare the field for baseball games and other Venue Events.

Field Preparation. The County will prepare the fields one time at no additional cost (cost included in rental fee). Preparation includes dragging the field, lining the outfield foul lines (if needed), lining the batter’s box, and lining the infield foul lines.
Field Preparation. The Park Board, or its designee(s), (hereinafter “Park Board”) will prepare the fields one time for each day rented, weather permitting. Field preparation shall include, at minimum, dragging of the infields and striping of the baselines. The rental fee shall include use of the ball field lighting.
Field Preparation. Existing sod shall be removed and properly disposed of by the CONTRACTOR. Laser Leveling: The installation site shall be laser-leveled by CONTRACTOR immediately prior to installation and subject to inspection and acceptance by the SCHOOL BOARD. All installed 419 Turf shall come with a starter feeding fertilizer applied within two weeks of installation. Any rolling of sod on existing turf should be done with a minimum two (2) ton double drum drivable roller. When rolling new sod the size of the roller will be mutually agreed upon by the SCHOOL BOARD designee and the CONTRACTOR. If the SCHOOL BOARD requests the CONTRACTOR to install sod, installation shall be complete within two (2) working days after delivery. The CONTRACTOR shall be held responsible for damage to sod after delivery and during installation. Installation shall be on an as needed basis and there is no guarantee of frequency of installation.
Field Preparation. Texas Rush shall pay all cost (materials, staffing, etc.) related to lining of fields and preparation of the fields for all Texas Rush games, practices and events;
Field Preparation. The City agrees that it will be responsible for providing the following items during the term of this Agreement: a. marking fields to proper dimensions before the first scheduled game of the tournament; b. cleaning and stocking restrooms; c. installing nets, bases, etc. related to the proposed use of the Athletic Field(s) by the User; d. general grounds maintenance of Athletic Field(s) and City-installed equipment; and e. determining whether the Athletic Field(s) will be open or closed for the User’s use because of inclement weather, damage to the Facilities, and other unforeseen acts of God and updating the City’s pre-recorded telephone system, web page, or other communication devices it may have in place to notify the public of such schedule changes.
Field Preparation a. The Lessor will provide the following field set up for league play as part of the league fee pricing: i. Fields prepared by mowing, lining, and dragging one (1) hour prior to the first game. ii. Dragging once every game at Xxxxxx Field and dragging every two (2) games at Centennial Athletic Complex, with dragging once weekly at the Neighborhood Park fields scheduled for use. iii. Staff available to operate field lights as necessary and record the hours used for billing purposes. iv. Remove bagged garbage from the complex. b. The Lessee will provide field maintenance for tournaments at Centennial Athletic Complex-North in lieu of paying tournament fees to the Lessor. i. Field set up will be provided by the Lessee using the Lessor’s equipment under the following conditions: (1) Liability insurance is obtained by the Lessee listing the City as an additional insured. (2) A liability waiver (provided by the insurance company / attorney), signed by those using the equipment indicating that any personal injury or insurance claim be the responsibility of the Lessee. (3) The Lessor will provide group training to those individuals authorized to use the equipment. (4) Any damage to equipment or property caused by the negligence of the Lessee’s operators will be the responsibility of the Lessee.

Field Preparation. Prior to the game, fields will be prepared (bases in place, foul lines marked, batter and coacher boxes marked, infield groomed, grass cut, and dugouts cleaned) by the league on whose field the games are being played. If two games are scheduled, BOTH teams share field duties between games. After each game, BOTH teams are required to clean their dugout and the spectator area of their fans if the players and fans fail to do so. Failure to fulfill these duties may result in disciplinary action against the manager of the team(s).
Field Preparation. Field preparation in advance of soccer games which shall include, but not be limited to, lining the field, preparation of the un-sodded areas of the field (i.e. sod conversion), installation of soccer related equipment, restoration of the field surface back to professional minor league baseball quality and standards, and such other services needed to fully prepare the field for soccer games and Stadium Events.
Field Preparation. The Havasu Heat shall be responsible for all playing field preparations as required. Including bases, dugout equipment, safety equipment, and supplies.
