Common use of Filing of Grievance Clause in Contracts

Filing of Grievance. If the Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the Grievance rendered pursuant to Article XVI (E) (1) or if no decision has been rendered within ten (10) days after meeting with the Principal, the Association may appeal the Grievance to the Director within ten (10) days after the decision.
