Final Annual Evaluation – Post Probation a. If the decision of the Superintendent is to non-renew the employee following the probation period outlined above, then the pre-probation evaluation will be used as the final evaluation for the employee. b. If the decision of the Superintendent is to remove the employee from probation, a final annual evaluation shall be prepared. The ratings contained in the pre-probation evaluation for criteria that were not identified as deficiencies in the probation notice, shall not be negatively changed.

  • Contract Duration and Annual Salary 1. The College hereby employs the Administrator in the capacity of Xxxx of Students, Associate Professor for one year, commencing on July 1, 2024 and terminating on June 30, 2025. The Administrator accepts such employment on the conditions hereinafter set forth, and any applicable provisions of the Board of Trustees Policy Manual. In the event of conflict between Board Policy and this Contract, the Contract shall govern. 2. For the 2024-2025 contract year, the Administrator shall receive an annual salary of $142,518.00 subject to applicable deductions, to be paid in bi-weekly installments as full compensation for all rights granted and service performed under this Contract.

  • Payment of Annual Leave Upon resignation, retirement, or dismissal of any employee in the bargaining unit, he/she shall receive a sum equal to the number of days of annual leave remaining to his/her credit, provided that any or all amounts may be applied to offset any amounts owed the state by the employee. In the event of death of an employee while in the bargaining unit, a sum equal to the number of days annual leave remaining shall be paid to his/her estate.
