Final Construction Drawings. Developer shall have submitted and City shall have approved Final Construction Drawings.
Final Construction Drawings the Construction Drawings as approved (or deemed approved pursuant to Exhibit B) by both Landlord and Tenant.
Final Construction Drawings. Once Tenant has approved (or is deemed to have approved) the Landlord’s Preliminary Construction Drawings, Landlord shall issue final construction drawings (the “Landlord’s Final Construction Drawings”). Within ten (10) days after Xxxxxx’s receipt of the Landlord’s Final Construction Drawings, Tenant shall either approve or disapprove the same in writing (provided, however, that Tenant shall only have the right to disapprove the same to the extent that they are inconsistent with the Landlord’s Preliminary Construction Drawings).
Final Construction Drawings. Tenant and Landlord agree that the mechanical and electrical systems will be done on a design-build basis utilizing subcontractors that are mutually acceptable to Tenant and Landlord. The selection of these subcontractors will be managed by Tenant and the selected General Contractor pursuant to Section 7 and shall (along with the plans and specifications prepared by such subcontractors) be subject to Landlord's reasonable approval. Space Planner will furnish plans to selected mechanical and electrical design-build contractors ("Engineers"), to enable the Engineers to complete drawings which will, when incorporated with other plans provided by Space Planner, enable the selected General Contractor to secure a permit for construction of the Tenant Improvements. Landlord shall, within five business days following its receipt of the Plans, either approve such Plans or provide Tenant with the reasons that Landlord is withholding such approval. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that Space Planner will continue with completion of drawings and specifications during the Landlord review period. Tenant shall review Landlord's comments and shall incorporate requested changes if there is no disagreement. In the event Tenant disagrees with changes requested by Landlord, Tenant and Space Planner will immediately meet to review Landlord's requested changes and to reach mutually acceptable resolution. Any change to such Plans will require Landlord's prior written consent unless they are minor in nature and do not effect any of the matters described in (i) through (v), below. Landlord may withhold its approval of any Tenant Plans (which term hereinafter includes the plans and specifications prepared by the design-build subcontractors referenced above), including any revisions requested by Tenant, Tenant Work, or Change Orders which require work which:
Final Construction Drawings. The Developer shall cause the Final Construction Drawings to Logically Evolve from the approved Concept Drawings and Schematic Drawings. The Developer shall cause the Final Construction Drawings to provide all the detailed information necessary to obtain a building permit to build the Improvements, including complete building, mechanical systems, site, landscape, exterior signage and construction details, requirements, standards, and plans and specifications.
Final Construction Drawings. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Lease, Tenant shall deliver Final Construction Drawings with respect to Phase 2 on or before May 27, 2020. The Phase 2 Final Construction Drawings shall not include the construction of a vivarium.
Final Construction Drawings. Tenant shall supply the Architect and the Engineer with a complete listing of standard and non-standard equipment and specifications, including, without limitation, HVAC requirements, electrical requirements, and special electrical receptacle requirements for the Premises to enable the Architect and the Engineer to complete the Final Construction Drawings in the manner as set forth below. Tenant shall promptly cause the Architect and the Engineer to complete the architectural and engineering drawings for the Tenant Work, and Architect shall compile a fully-coordinated set of architectural, structural (if required), mechanical, electrical, and plumbing working drawings in a form which is complete to allow subcontractors to bid on the work and to obtain all applicable permits (collectively, the “Final Construction Drawings”) and shall submit the same to Landlord for Landlord's approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed. Tenant shall supply Landlord with two (2) copies signed by Tenant of such Final Construction Drawings. Landlord shall advise Tenant, in writing, within ten (10) business days after Landlord's receipt of the Final Construction Drawings for the Tenant Work if the same is unsatisfactory or incomplete in any respect (and specify in such written notice the unsatisfactory items). If Landlord so advises Tenant, Tenant shall promptly revise the Final Construction Drawings in accordance with such review and any disapproval of Landlord in connection therewith. Landlord's failure to respond within ten
Final Construction Drawings. Tenant, the Architect and the Engineers shall complete the architectural and engineering documents for the Expansion Space, and Architect shall compile a fully coordinated set of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing working drawings in a form which is complete to allow subcontractors to bid on the work and to obtain all applicable permits (collectively, the “Final Construction Drawings”) and shall submit the same to Landlord for Landlord’s approval, which shall not be withheld except in the case of a Design Problem. Tenant shall supply Landlord with four (4) copies signed by Tenant of such Final Construction Drawings. Landlord shall advise Tenant within ten (10) business days after Landlord’s receipt of the Final Construction Drawings for the Expansion Space if the same is incomplete in any material respect or if a Design Problem exists. If Tenant is so advised, Tenant shall immediately revise the Final Construction Drawings to cause them to be complete and to eliminate any Design Problem. If Landlord fails to respond to the Final Construction Drawings within the ten (10) business day period set forth above, Tenant may send Landlord a notice of setting forth such failure.
Final Construction Drawings. Tenant shall cooperate with the --------------------------- Architect and the Engineers so that on or before the date set forth in Schedule -------- A, the Architect and the Engineers shall complete the architectural and - engineering drawings for the Premises, and the final architectural working drawings in a form which is complete to allow subcontractors to bid on the work and to obtain all applicable permits (collectively, the "Final Construction Drawings") and shall submit the same to Landlord for Landlord's approval.
Final Construction Drawings. Owner shall have submitted to the Agency, and the Agency or its authorized designee shall have approved, Final Construction Drawings for the Project, to such Final Construction Drawings are required under Section 306 of the OPA.
