Plan Approvals. 10.1 A building plan approval process is laid out in the Estate Architectural Guidelines.
Plan Approvals. All Tenant Alteration Plans, and any related modifications to the Building shall be subject to Landlord’s sole but reasonable approval. Prior to any work commencing, Landlord shall approve all plans and specifications. Prior to any work commencing all required permits shall be obtained by Landlord.
Plan Approvals the Developer or their Consulting Engineer shall submit to the City Development Officer, in duplicate, complete Engineered Plans, together with all contract specifications, storm water management analysis and plans, geotechnical reporting, and, landscaping and grading plans which shall provide and properly set out all information required for construction of the local improvements to be constructed and installed by the Developer in accordance with the Cold Lake Municipal Engineering Servicing Standards and Standard Construction Specifications, including any agreed to revisions or additions to the said standards contained in Schedule “D”, and shall receive approval of the City Engineer prior to the commencement of any construction. All plans submitted for approval shall be processed as expeditiously as possible and in any event, shall be returned approved or rejected within thirty (30) days; or, if not returned within this time period, shall be deemed to be rejected.
Plan Approvals. Landlord and Tenant shall jointly approve the Space Design. The Tenant Improvement Plans, the Tenant's Improvements, and any related modifications to the Building shall be subject to Landlord's sole but reasonable approval. Prior to any work commencing, Landlord shall approve all plans and specifications. If Landlord fails to approve or disapprove the Tenant's plans within five (5) business days of receipt of complete plans and specifications related to the Tenant's Improvements, approval shall be deemed given. Prior to any work commencing all required permits shall be obtained.

Prepare requests for preliminary plan approval of identified projects: □ Coordinate with architect of record to obtain necessary design development drawings for each project □ Review design development drawings and educational specifications prepared by others □ Prepare and complete required CDE documents to request preliminary approval of project plan(s) □ Submit request for CDE’s review and approval via CDEbox □ Coordinate with and respond to CDE if any issues or questions arise CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION (CDE) SERVICES / PROCESSES B. FINAL PLAN APPROVALS Prepare requests for final plan approval for new construction and/or modernization projects: □ Coordinate with architect of record to obtain necessary design development drawings for each project □ Review design development drawings and educational specifications prepared by others □ Prepare and complete required CDE documents to request approval of project plan(s) □ Submit request for CDE’s review and approval via CDEbox □ Coordinate with and respond to CDE if any issues or questions arise OFFICE OF PUBLIC SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION (OPSC) SERVICES / PROCESSES
Plan Approvals. The CITY shall provide the COUNTY all ENGINEERING for the shared use path within fourteen (14) days of receipt for input and recommendations. The COUNTY shall review and either approve or provide recommendations to the CITY for proposed changes to the ENGINEERING for the shared use path within twenty-one (21) days of receipt. The COUNTY’s approvals shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Plan Approvals. County has issued the first building permit for the Project.

Plan Approvals. Purchaser acknowledges that the approval of building, grading, construction, landscaping and agricultural plans by the Design Committee and Agricultural Committee under the Subdivision Declaration, and the issuance by DPP of all applicable permits, including grading and building permits, is required prior to the commencement of any development, construction, landscaping and agricultural activities on the Lot and that all construction, development, landscaping and agricultural activities which occurs on the Lot shall be in compliance with the Subdivision Declaration, the Design Guidelines, Agricultural Guidelines and other prescribed standards. Under the Subdivision Declaration, review and geotechnical engineer fees may be established and charged in connection with the review of plans. Purchaser shall cause all construction, development, landscaping and agricultural activities to be performed strictly in accordance with approved plans, whichever is appropriate, and all applicable laws, rules, regulations and ordinances relating, affecting or pertaining to the Lot. Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that no representations have been made to Purchaser by Seller or its agents or representatives with respect to Purchaser's ability to obtain any approval of any kind required from the Design Committee, Agricultural Committee or otherwise.
Plan Approvals. Purchaser shall proceed immediately with the -------------- preparation of a preliminary site plan showing curb cuts and building location on the site for Seller's use in obtaining D.O.T. approval of curb cuts, as well as, a silhouette elevation of the two-story bank building for Seller's use in review of site lines. The above plans must be delivered to Seller within thirty (30) days of the execution of this Agreement.
