Plan Approvals. 10.1 A building plan approval process is laid out in the Estate Architectural Guidelines.
10.2 An Architectural Review Committee has been appointed which must approve all architectural designs and working drawings for new buildings and building alterations.
10.3 The MHOA, the ARC and the Estate Manager will enforce compliance with the Estate Architectural Guidelines and ARC decisions.
10.4 Nothing may be placed on or attached to a dwelling or any other structure without the written approval of the MHOA. This includes air conditioning units, awnings, pergolas, satellite dishes, aerials. (Specifications for types and colours of approved awnings are obtainable from the Estate Office)
10.5 Requirements for generators, heat pumps, XxXx water tanks and the like are contained in the Architectural Guidelines, and their location and fitment is subject to the prior written approval of the MHOA.
10.6 No external or garden lights may shine outwards or be of any colour other than white. All external lighting must shine inwards, upwards or downwards. Spotlights or floodlights may only be installed and used with ARC approval and subject to not interfering with other Members’ rights, specifically neighbours.
Plan Approvals. All Tenant Alteration Plans, and any related modifications to the Building shall be subject to Landlord’s sole but reasonable approval. Prior to any work commencing, Landlord shall approve all plans and specifications. Prior to any work commencing all required permits shall be obtained by Landlord.
Plan Approvals the Developer or their Consulting Engineer shall submit to the City Development Officer, in duplicate, complete Engineered Plans, together with all contract specifications, storm water management analysis and plans, geotechnical reporting, and, landscaping and grading plans which shall provide and properly set out all information required for construction of the local improvements to be constructed and installed by the Developer in accordance with the Cold Lake Municipal Engineering Servicing Standards and Standard Construction Specifications, including any agreed to revisions or additions to the said standards contained in Schedule “D”, and shall receive approval of the City Engineer prior to the commencement of any construction. All plans submitted for approval shall be processed as expeditiously as possible and in any event, shall be returned approved or rejected within thirty (30) days; or, if not returned within this time period, shall be deemed to be rejected.
Plan Approvals. Landlord and Tenant shall jointly approve the Space Design. The Tenant Improvement Plans, the Tenant's Improvements, and any related modifications to the Building shall be subject to Landlord's sole but reasonable approval. Prior to any work commencing, Landlord shall approve all plans and specifications. If Landlord fails to approve or disapprove the Tenant's plans within five (5) business days of receipt of complete plans and specifications related to the Tenant's Improvements, approval shall be deemed given. Prior to any work commencing all required permits shall be obtained.
Plan Approvals. Bidders are notified that the construction plans are still being processed for approvals and may change. Notice to Proceed will not be issued until the plans have been approved. In the event the Notice to Proceed is not issued 180 days after the contract award date, the Contractor may submit a claim for increased labor and material costs (but not overhead costs) which are directly attributable to the delay beyond the 180 days after the contract award date. Such claims shall be accompanied with the necessary documentation to justify the claim. No payment will be made for assumed escalation costs. This Special Condition shall supersede DHHL General Condition
Plan Approvals. County has approved the Site Development Package/Schematic Design Plans (as provided below).
Plan Approvals. Prior to the expiration of the Study Period, the Purchaser may submit house plans for preliminary approval to Seller as agent for the Architectural Review Committee (“ARC”). Prior to construction, Purchaser will submit for final approval plans and specifications and documentation as required by the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants, Fawn Lake Community Builders Guidelines and the Fawn Lake Signature Builder Program. The final house plan approval shall be a condition precedent to Closing.
Plan Approvals. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge the plan approvals dated November 17, 2010, November 24, 2010, and December 23, 2010, which are set forth on Exhibit A attached to this Amendment.
Plan Approvals. Purchaser shall proceed immediately with the -------------- preparation of a preliminary site plan showing curb cuts and building location on the site for Seller's use in obtaining D.O.T. approval of curb cuts, as well as, a silhouette elevation of the two-story bank building for Seller's use in review of site lines. The above plans must be delivered to Seller within thirty (30) days of the execution of this Agreement.
Plan Approvals. Prior to construction of any portion of Antelope Park Parcel-A and Parcel-B Final Development Plans and Final Plats (FDP), approval of the engineering plans for any and all improvements required for these construction phases shall first be obtained from appropriate Prescott Valley Town staff.
