Requested Changes. On a quarterly basis for the first Program Year, and thereafter, at the end of each Program Year (unless otherwise reasonably requested by CL&P), the Parties will evaluate the performance under this Agreement, schedule and other Program performance measures as deemed necessary by each Party and/or as required by the DPUC. Following each evaluation, each Party reserves the right to request the other Party to make reasonable changes to the current program, if either Party is believed to be underperforming by the other Party, for the consecutive years that may result in the Parties mutually agreeing in good faith to changes to $/kW payments to AER.

Supervisors will only approve an employee’s requested change in an approved fixed schedule if the requested change does not create an administrative burden and does not have a negative impact on work-related needs.

Requested Changes. StorageTek may make requests to change the Interoperability Roadmap and to add other configurations and platforms to its "Certified Compatible" list as reasonably requested by StorageTek. SSI shall consider all such requests and reply to StorageTek in a timely manner.
Requested Changes. 2.2.1 If Vitria desires a variation to any Statement of Work, it will supply a Change Request to ChiLin. A Change Request must specify in sufficient detail the change to be considered. If Vitria supplies a Change Request, at ChiLin's cost, ChiLin shall conduct an analysis of the impact of the request on the price, schedule, Deliverables and/or Services of the relevant Statement of Work and submit a written summary to Vitria for approval. ChiLin reserves the right, for a significant work effort associated in an impact analysis for a change request, to charge Vitria on a time and materials basis, using the time and materials services rates specified in the Statement of Work to which the Change Request applies, or as otherwise mutually agreed by Vitria and ChiLin. Any impact analysis work to be charged to Vitria shall require prior approval from Vitria; such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The authority to authorize any impact analysis work must come, in writing, from Vitria's VP of Customer Services and Engineering Operations (or other designated executive officer), otherwise, no such charges will be honored.
2.2.2 Once the impact analysis of a Change Request has been completed, it shall be submitted in writing to Vitria management for approval. Change Requests shall only be acted upon once they have been agreed and duly authorized in writing by both ChiLin and Vitria. Neither party will have any obligation to execute a Change Request.

Buyer is hereby requesting that certain changes, additions and/or modifications be made to the Home. Please do not postpone this meeting, as delays will result in it becoming too late to install certain upgrade items into your home. We strongly suggest that you familiarize yourself with our colour selections prior to your appointment, for changes to interior finishes will not be accepted after the interior colour sheet has been signed. Please be advised that any optional structural change must be included with your firm offer and cannot wait until your decorator appointment to be made known. Xxxx Xxxxx Homes is not responsible for the installation of any upgrade or optional item if construction has progressed beyond the stage where it would normally be installed. Payment for upgrades or extras is to be made at the time that they are ordered with the option of adding up to 75% of the upgrades to the purchase price of the home. 13% HST is extra. If the selections are not provided by the time specified, our staff will make the selections in order to complete the home.
Requested Changes. Other than as set forth in Section 3.5(c)(i), if Bausch Health reasonably requests that Eyenovia modify or otherwise make changes to the Device, either in connection with Regulatory Approval under Section 3.3 (a) or at any time thereafter, Eyenovia shall discuss such changes in good faith and, if mutually agreed, shall modify or make changes to the Device, provided that, Bausch Health will be solely responsible for all Development Costs incurred by Eyenovia to implement any such changes conducted under this Section 3.5(c)(ii); provided that, in agreeing to implement such changes, Eyenovia will provide to Bausch Health a budget setting out its good faith estimate of the Development Costs it expects to incur in connection with implementing such change and Eyenovia will use good faith efforts to adhere to such budget. If, following such good faith discussions, Eyenovia decides not to modify or make such changes to the Device, then Bausch Health shall have the right to make such changes to the Device, at its own cost.
