Final Disciplinary Actions a. Prior to making a final determination of disciplinary action involving loss of pay, a due process meeting will be conducted between a representative of the Employer and the impacted employee. The Employer will notify the employee in writing of the contemplated discipline and provide the employee with a copy of the completed investigative report.
