All current and newly hired employees shall participate in direct deposit. The pay period is fourteen (14) calendar days. Payroll summaries shall normally be distributed on the following Thursday. Effective the first pay period in July 2015, paydays shall occur every other Friday. If paydays fall on a holiday, payroll summaries shall normally be distributed on the preceding day. If operational factors necessitate a delay in this normal schedule, payroll summaries shall be distributed as soon as possible.

Modification of Schedule. (a) If Ross xxxieves that a modification of the Schedule is appropriate because of problems or events beyond Ross' xxasonable control, Ross xxx request a modification of the Schedule without the reduction of milestone payments. Fujitsu will consider such a request in good faith, taking into account all relevant factors, including the reasons for the requested modification, Fujitsu's own schedule requirements and Ross' xxligence in performing the Services. In no event, however, will Fujitsu be obligated to agree to any such request (or to a related waiver of or modification in the reduction of milestone payments) or to consider increasing the milestone payments to Ross.

Modification of Schedule. Both parties acknowledge that the schedules may need to be modified and amended for reasons beyond the control of either CITY or CONSULTANT. FOURTH REVISED EXHIBIT C COMPENSATION The maximum amount of compensation to be paid to CONSULTANT under this AGREEMENT, including both payment for professional services and reimbursable expenses, shall not exceed Seventy-Eight Thousand Dollars ($78,000.00). Any hours worked for which payment would result in a total exceeding the maximum amount of compensation set forth herein shall be at no cost to CITY.
