Final Opinion of Probable Construction Cost. The Consultant shall prepare a final Opinion of Probable Construction Cost for the Project.
Final Opinion of Probable Construction Cost. VHB will provide an updated itemized estimate of the Opinion of Probable Construction Cost and the Total Project Cost to include construction, engineering, land and rights-of- way, municipal administration, construction program management, and construction contingency. Costs will be developed for each of the systems and then combined into an overall Total Project Cost estimate consistent with the formatting and categories developed for the Preliminary Engineering Report. Task 5 – Utility Coordination, Support and Design VHB will work with the Owner to understand the proposed relocation of overhead utilities, and utility company relocations routes, number of lines/conduits, size requirements, trench and encasement requirements, vault and riser locations, etc. VHB will indicate the proposed underground routes and conduit/trench details (as provided by the owners/City) on the Final Plans so these facilities can be installed by the construction contractor in advance of the utilities relocating their facilities. This work will be coordinated with the design of the relocation of the existing gas main and laterals, and the proposed design of the new water and sewer facilities being designed by VHB. VHB understands that City personnel will coordinate and attend all meetings with the utilities/Owner during Final Design to facilitate the design of these facilities and will relay design information to VHB.
Final Opinion of Probable Construction Cost. AECOM will update the OPCC based on the City’s comments on the Preliminary Design OPCC and prepare the cost estimate based on an AACE class estimate appropriate for final design. AECOM will also provide the following: Estimate of time required to complete construction. A cost breakdown for eligible versus non-eligible items for Johnson County Stormwater Management Program system management funding. The final OPCC will be signed and sealed by the engineer of record. The AECOM engineer of record for this project will be Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx. Xx. Xxxxxxxxxxx is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Kansas.
Final Opinion of Probable Construction Cost. Prepare a final opinion of total probable construction cost based on the design developed. Submit to CLIENT and Iowa DOT.
Final Opinion of Probable Construction Cost. D&K will prepare an updated opinion of probable construction costs based on the selected alternative.
