Final Records. Prior to request for Substantial Completion, the Contractor shall furnish to Owner a complete set of marked-up as-builts with RECORD clearly printed on each sheet. Owner, at its expense, will furnish Contractor with drawings for mark-up by Contractor. Contractor shall, by use of professional draftsman, accurately and neatly transfer all deviations from progress as-builts to final as- builts. Record information necessary to establish utility services shall be provided by Contractor a minimum of 30 days prior to needed utility service.

  • Criminal Records Check Section 1. Except as provided by Governor’s executive order or state or federal law as implemented by Agency rule or policy, the Employer will not require a criminal records check on any current employee in his or her current position if the requirement was not in place when the employee was appointed to the position.   • CRIMINAL RECORDS CHECKS The Employer agrees to the treatment of criminal records checks in accordance with the Criminal Records Review Act of BC.

  • MARC Records When applicable to the Licensed Materials, at Licensee’s request, Licensor shall provide full OCLC-quality batched sets of MARC records incorporating Licensee specifications at no additional cost by the date of the execution of this License Agreement. Updates to existing records and new title records, matching the schedule of release and delivery of new publications, will be provided on a mutually agreed-upon schedule and in a format that renders them useful to the Licensee and/or the Participating Institutions.
