Final Walkthrough. Prior to County's acceptance of surrender, a final exit walkthrough inspection shall be conducted by Xxxxxx and the Aviation Department to determine compliance with this article and the Aviation Department's acceptance of the condition of the Premises. The Aviation Department's acceptance of the condition of the Premises and satisfaction of the surrender thereof shall be reduced to writing by the Aviation Department. In the event Xxxxxx fails to comply with the terms of this Article 21, County reserves the right to perform all necessary work to bring the Premises to its original condition prior to Xxxxxx's occupancy, normal wear and tear excepted, and Xxxxxx shall reimburse County for all expenses incurred with in fifteen (15) Days of written demand from County.
Final Walkthrough. Final Walkthrough. At the conclusion of the Event, Museum staff and pre-arranged User-designated Event Coordinator will conduct a final walkthrough of the facility to assess any possible damages or excessive clean-up. • If the Event Coordinator leaves before the final walk-through is complete, Security Deposit will not be refunded to User.
Final Walkthrough. The final walkthrough will be done with the Client (or their responsible party) and The Xxxxxx House representative upon completion of the rental to assess any damages from the rental. If damages are found, The Xxxxxx House holds the right to withhold the security deposit.
Final Walkthrough. Marked-up final punch list with notes on completed and outstanding items provided as one (1) electronic editable file and one (1) PDF file within five (5) Business Days of the walkthrough.
