Final Walkthrough. Prior to County's acceptance of surrender, a final exit walkthrough inspection shall be conducted by Xxxxxx and the Aviation Department to determine compliance with this article and the Aviation Department's acceptance of the condition of the Premises. The Aviation Department's acceptance of the condition of the Premises and satisfaction of the surrender thereof shall be reduced to writing by the Aviation Department. In the event Xxxxxx fails to comply with the terms of this Article 21, County reserves the right to perform all necessary work to bring the Premises to its original condition prior to Xxxxxx's occupancy, normal wear and tear excepted, and Xxxxxx shall reimburse County for all expenses incurred with in fifteen (15) Days of written demand from County.
