Financial Assistance Eligibility. 9. Northwell will provide Financial Assistance to New York State residents who receive Emergency Medical Care or other Medically Necessary Services at a Northwell Hospital Facility or Clinic upon finding that the individual’s Family Income falls at or under 500% of the current FPG at the time of eligibility determination.
