The main contractor and/or signatory must do these briefings before his/her/their partners will be allowed to work on the Estate. Breach of clause 5.1 and 5.2: Penalty: Relevant parties and his/her/their partners who have not been briefed will not be allowed to work on the Estate. Trespassers will be persecuted.
