If the facilities are located in a wildfire hazard area, the fire mitigation plan shall include detailed information as to fuel location, hazardous materials and proposed methods of fire suppression, including the use of foam. The Operator shall comply with the Fire District’s requirements (if any) to mitigate any fire hazards at the facilities.
