CLOSEOUT PHASE. 8.1. As the Construction Administration Phase progresses, the Architect shall perform the following Closeout Phase services for the District as required: 8.1.1. Architect shall review the project and observe the construction as required to determine when the contractor has completed the construction of the Project and shall prepare punch lists of items that remain in need of correction or completion. 8.1.2. Architect shall collect from the contractor, review, and forward to the District all written warranties, operation manuals, spare parts, lien waivers, and Certificates of Inspection and Occupancy with Architect’s recommendation as to the adequacy of these items. 8.1.3. Architect shall prepare or collect, as applicable, and provide to DSA, all reports required by DSA related to the design and construction of the Project. 8.1.4. Architect shall obtain all required DSA approval on all change orders and addenda to the contractor’s contract. 8.1.5. Architect shall prepare verified report(s) for the Project (DSA-6A/E Verified Report, Rev 04/08, or more recent revision if available). 8.1.6. Architect shall prepare a set of Record Drawings for the Project, as requested by the District. 8.1.7. Architect shall review a package of all warranty and O&M documentation prepared by Contractor and specifically identify any deficiencies. 8.1.8. Architect shall organize electronic files, plans and prepare a Project binder, or an equivalently organized electronic submission. 8.1.9. Architect shall coordinate all Services required to close-out the design and construction of the Project with the District and between consultants. 8.1.10. Architect shall coordinate and obtain DSA approval of the Project in a time period not to exceed twelve months from the date of the start of the Closeout Phase (see Exhibit C) or issuance of final payment release to the contractor(s); whichever is soonest. 8.2. When the design and construction of the Project is complete, the District shall prepare and record with the County Recorder a Notice of Completion for the Project.
CLOSEOUT PHASE. The Architect/Engineer shall provide project close-out services and Final Documents as described herein, and in accordance with the conditions of the Contract Documents provided under Part III.D.3, during the construction phase. Services under this phase shall commence upon award of Substantial Completion to the Contractor.
CLOSEOUT PHASE. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, the LCWDB must: reconcile costs and payments; reconcile performance goals with actual performance; ensure participant and financial records are secured and retained; and prepare closeout documents.
CLOSEOUT PHASE. A. When the contractor applies for “Substantial Completion,” the Consultant, in consultation with Xxxxxxxx’x representative(s), shall perform a walk-through of the Project to review and add to the contractor’s punch list. The Consultant shall monitor the contractor’s progress on the punch list and recommend to Xxxxxxxx when all items are satisfactorily completed and “Initial Acceptance” may be granted. B. Within thirty (30) Calendar Days after Initial Acceptance of the Project, the Consultant will be required to submit the following: a. Pre-design Report and review comments in Microsoft Word on a non- rewritable compact disc (CD). b. FIR review comments in Microsoft Word on a non-rewritable compact disc (CD). c. FOR review comments in Microsoft Word on a non-rewritable compact disc (CD). d. Public Meeting Minutes in Microsoft Word on a non-rewritable compact disc (CD). e. The Consultant shall prepare and submit as-built documents. The issue block on the drawings shall read “As-Built” and indicate the date, which shall be the date of Initial Acceptance. The as-built Project Manual shall indicate “As-Built” and the Initial Acceptance date on the cover page. i. As-built electronic drawing files shall be in a vector format compatible with the AutoCAD version currently in use by Xxxxxxxx. Provide both .dwg and .pdf formats on CD. ii. The Project Manual shall be submitted both in hard copy and as electronic files on CD. Submit electronic files in a Microsoft Word file compatible with the version currently in use by Xxxxxxxx and as a .pdf file.
CLOSEOUT PHASE. 4.1. As the Construction Administration Phase progresses, the Architect shall perform all required services for fully closeout the project with DSA. In addition, the District as required: 4.1.1. Architect shall prepare or collect, as applicable, and provide to DSA, all reports required by DSA related to the design and construction of the Project. 4.1.2. Architect shall obtain all required DSA approval on all change orders and addenda to the contractor’s contract. 4.1.3. Architect shall prepare verified report(s) for the Project (DSA‐6A/E Verified Report, Rev 04/08, or more recent revision if available).
CLOSEOUT PHASE. A. Provider shall submit complete digital “as-built” Record Drawings for all sites for review and approval. Final as-built plans shall be provided in both AutoCAD (CAD) and portable document format (PDF) prior to Final Completion. Provider shall submit one set of final compiled Record Drawings for the Purchaser. The Record Drawings shall incorporate all changes from permit plan sets captured on all as-built sketches, details, and clarifications. Locations of work buried under or outside each building, including, without limitation, all utilities, plumbing and electrical lines and conduits. All deviations from the sizes, locations and other features of installations shown in Issue for Construction (IFC) plan sets and Contract Documents must be captured in detail in as- built Record Drawings. All horizontal boring, trench routes and depths to be recorded and transferred from logs to record drawings. All canopy column footing depths shall also be recorded and coordinated into as built drawings. A. Provider shall submit documentation of Punch List Completion for items under control of the Provider within 30 days of the Purchaser issuing the Final Punch List. The document must be signed and show proof of completion of each item. B. Provider shall submit executed Performance Guarantee (PeGu) Agreement amendment(s), if any, within 30 days of PTO at all Sites. All performance tables and commercial operation dates must be updated with the final as-built statistics. C. Provider shall provide DSA closed and certified documentation for all projects. D. Provider shall submit to the Purchaser a comprehensive Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manual for each system, within 30 days of Commercial Operation Date (COD). O&M manuals shall consist of three (3) hard copy and (3) soft copies on USB flash drive in PDF format, provided as a single, bookmarked PDF document. The document shall be a well-organized, comprehensive and custom document created for each site which includes, but is not limited to: 1. System Description and Overview 2. Simplified site plan that shows array naming convention, inverter locations, and disconnects 3. Predicted performance data, including expected production over time 4. Safety Details, including shut down procedures
CLOSEOUT PHASE. The following scope items will be necessary to complete this work:
CLOSEOUT PHASE. The Contractor shall provide closeout phase services including but not limited to the following: 1. Coordinate and conduct final inspections prior to Project acceptance and administer acceptance procedures and tests for each phase of the Project. 2. Review and report on the progress of the design-builder regarding testing procedures and clearly document the procedures in a test plan as it pertains to technology infrastructure. 3. Provide oversight of all CAS activities, including LEED commissioning activities. 4. Support closeout activities for the Project. All procedures and documentation conform to Airport standards for the closeout process. 5. Support dispute and/or claim resolution analysis and reconciliation efforts. 6. Confirm that the design-builder utilizes the Revit models for the preparation of the required closeout documentation. 7. Conduct CAS lessons learned review session with Airport stakeholders and the design-builder. 8. Facilitate weekly warranty review meetings with the Airport during the initial months of facility handover to review and provide status updates on warranty issues. 9. Conduct a near warranty-end review at approximately 10 months after substantial completion and update the Final Commissioning Report.
CLOSEOUT PHASE. MEETINGS / SITE VISITS / WORKSHOPS Project Description. The Project shall include the design of those projects for which the District issues to Architect an addendum describing services to be performed for a District project.
