Flex and Telecommuting. Employees may request to start or finish work at times other than their regularly daily scheduled start and finish times. The Employer shall review and consider all such requests on a case by case basis, which shall include consideration of program needs and requirements. The Employer may change any employee’s “flex” start or finish times established under this Article in response to program needs and requirements and with two (2) week’s notice or such other lesser time as may be agreed to between the Employer and the employee. Employees may request to telecommute and may be permitted to do so once the employee has received the approval of the Employer.

  • Telecommuting The EAA and Management acknowledge the City of Los Angeles Telecommuting Program (C.F. #93-2250), and that employees of this Unit may be considered for eligibility by Management of their respective departments/bureaus in accordance with the Telecommuting Action Plan. Both parties agree to comply with this Plan, the provisions of which shall be superseded by any modifications adopted by the Joint Labor/Management Committee on Employee Parking and Transportation Options, or other body so authorized to make such modifications.

  • Local Utility Services XOOM is an independent retail marketer of natural gas and is not affiliated with your local utility.   • Terminals Hartford Terminal. Hartford Terminal is located at or near Hartford, Illinois. The facility consists of a two-bay truck rack with 17,000 barrels of active terminaling capacity, 13 above-ground storage tanks with approximately 1.1 million barrels of total storage capacity. The Hartford barge dock consists of a single-berth barge loading facility, approximately 0.8 miles of 8-inch pipeline and approximately 0.8 miles of 14-inch pipeline from the Hartford terminal to the Hartford barge dock for delivery.

  • Firefighters Any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be regularly and routinely staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters for the period of time that the aerial ladder is inoperative, or until such time as the truck with the inoperative aerial ladder is replaced with a truck with an operative aerial ladder. At 0800 and 2000 hours, all trucks shall be staffed with one (1) officer and four (4) firefighters, and any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters.

  • Electrician The employer may take an inventory of an employee’s tools when the latter is hired, failing which, the list of tools in the appendix hereto shall prevail. In the event of loss or damage resulting from a fire or break-in, the employer shall replace the tools in question or compensate the employee for up to $600.00.

  • Switching All of the negotiated rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Section pertain to the provision of local and tandem switching.
