Floaters for All Others. All other full-time IBEW affected classifications who are employed with or hired by the City between July 1 and December 31 of each year shall receive twenty six (26) hours of additional leave with pay, during the fiscal year. All other full-time IBEW affected classifications who are hired by the City between January 1 and June 30 of each year shall receive ten (10) hours of additional leave with pay during the fiscal year.

Floaters for All Others. All other full-time IBEW Local 18 employees in affected classifications who are employed with or hired by the City between July 1 and December 31 of each year shall receive twenty six (26) hours of additional leave with pay, during the fiscal year. All other full-time IBEW Local 18 affected classifications who are hired by the City between January 1 and June 30 of each year shall receive ten (10) hours of additional leave with pay during the fiscal year. Existing City employees that are promoted to all other full-time IBEW affected classification positions between July 1 and December 31 of each year shall retain the floating holiday hours they received based on their previous bargaining unit’s Memorandum of Understanding or resolution for the first fiscal year. If the employee received less than 26 floating holiday hours, they shall retain what they received and in addition receive the difference of twenty six (26) hours and the number of floating holiday hours they received in accordance with their previous bargaining unit’s Memorandum of Understanding or resolution. Existing City employees that are promoted to all other full-time IBEW affected classification positions between January 1 and June 30 of each year shall retain the floating holiday hours they received based on their previous bargaining unit’s Memorandum of Understanding or resolution for the first fiscal year.   • Audit Rights Period for All Other Accounts and Records Accounts and records related to a Party’s performance or satisfaction of its obligations under this Agreement other than those described in Article 25.4.1 of this Agreement shall be subject to audit as follows: (i) for an audit relating to cost obligations, the applicable audit rights period shall be twenty-four months after the auditing Party’s receipt of an invoice giving rise to such cost obligations; and (ii) for an audit relating to all other obligations, the applicable audit rights period shall be twenty-four months after the event for which the audit is sought.

  • Requirements for All Policies Each policy of insurance required under this Section 11.1 shall: (i) be in a form, and written by an insurer, reasonably acceptable to Landlord, (ii) be maintained at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, and (iii) require at least thirty (30) days’ written notice to Landlord prior to any cancellation, nonrenewal or modification of insurance coverage. Insurance companies issuing such policies shall have rating classifications of “A” or better and financial size category ratings of “VII” or better according to the latest edition of the A.M.

  • Additional Requirements for All Policies All policies shall be endorsed to provide at least thirty (30) days' advance written notice to City of cancellation of policy for any reason, nonrenewal or reduction in coverage and specific notice mailed to City's address for notices pursuant to Article 15.

  • For All Change Orders Any changes or reservations by the Contractor to the representations and releases in the Change Order, or refusal of the Contractor to execute the Change Order, shall be a material breach of this Contract that may be sufficient cause to issue a declaration of default.

  • Accounts for Minors We may require any account established by a minor to be a joint account with an owner who has reached the age of majority under state law and who shall be jointly and severally liable to us for any returned item, overdraft, or unpaid charges or amounts on such account. We may pay funds directly to the minor without regard to his or her minority. Unless a guardian or parent is an account owner, the guardian or parent shall not have any account access rights. We have no duty to inquire about the use or purpose of any transaction. We will not change the account status when the minor reaches the age of majority, unless authorized in writing by all account owners.

  • CORPORATE INTEGRITY OBLIGATIONS Indivior shall establish and maintain a Compliance Program that includes the following elements:

  • Routine Maintenance, Construction, and Repair The NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may interrupt interconnection service or curtail the output of the Small Generating Facility and temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility from the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System when necessary for routine maintenance, construction, and repairs on the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System. The NYISO or the Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the Interconnection Customer with five Business Days notice prior to such interruption. The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.

  • Risk and Insurance 12.1 All risk of loss, theft and damage of and to the Charged Assets from any cause whatsoever shall be the risk of the Borrower, and no such event shall relieve the Borrower of any obligation under a Drawdown Notice.

  • General Provisions for all Insurance Coverage 8.24.1 Without limiting Contractor's indemnification of County, and in the performance of this Contract and until all of its obligations pursuant to this Contract have been met, Contractor shall provide and maintain at its own expense insurance coverage satisfying the requirements specified in Paragraphs 8.24 and 8.25 of this Contract. These minimum insurance coverage terms, types and limits (the “Required Insurance”) also are in addition to and separate from any other contractual obligation imposed upon Contractor pursuant to this Contract. The County in no way warrants that the Required Insurance is sufficient to protect the Contractor for liabilities which may arise from or relate to this Contract.

  • Opinions of Cost Because the Consultant does not control the cost of labor, materials, equipment or services furnished by others, methods of determining prices, or competitive bidding or market conditions, any opinions rendered as to costs, including but not limited to the costs of construction and materials, are made solely based on its judgment as a professional familiar with the industry. The Consultant cannot and does not guarantee that proposals, bids or actual costs will not vary from its opinions of cost. If the Client wishes greater assurance as to the amount of any cost, it shall employ an independent cost estimator. Consultant's services required to bring costs within any limitation established by the Client will be paid for as Additional Services.
