FOOD AND BEVERAGE OUTLETS. (1) When a wait help employee serves a breakfast or a drink to a patron who uses a complimentary drink ticket supplied by the Hotel, the wait help employee shall be paid a gratuity equal to ten percent (10%) of the menu or bar price of the order. (2) Banquet employees and wait help employees who do not receive at least fifty dollars ($50.00) by way of gratuity on a New Year’s Eve function from ticket sales shall be compensated for the difference between fifty dollar ($50.00) and what he or she did receive by way of gratuity by the Employer upon the employee concerned supplying the Employer satisfactory information to support his or her claim. (3) The cost of all uniforms shall be borne by the Employer. "Uniforms" shall mean all articles of clothing which make an employee distinguishable as a Sheraton employee.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE OUTLETS. The parties agree to a Letter of Understanding as follows: The Employer agrees that any changes or additions to the Food and Beverage Outlets in the hotel shall remain “in-house” and that the Employer shall continue to operate any such Food and Beverage Outlets, whether chain franchises or not. As a result, the Employer undertakes that the new outlets will continue to be staffed by unionized employees, with the commitment that existing jobs are protected, and the expectation that as many as 125 new Union jobs will be added. The timing of the changes or alternations to the Food and Beverage Outlets are dependent on economic conditions. This commitment is conditional on the settlement of this contract.   • Food and Beverages No Exhibitor shall sell or distribute food or beverages of any type without the express, written consent of Management and/or Center.

  • Food and Drink (1) An employer must ensure that each child is provided with appropriate and sufficient nutritious food, having regard to the age, taste, culture and dietary restrictions of the child. (2) The food should be varied and should be served to children at reasonable hours. (3) An employer must ensure that water, fruit juice or other such drinks are readily available at all times to each child.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Lottery Unless otherwise exempted in the Public School Code, if more students apply than can be admitted based on the School’s enrollment cap, admission decisions will be made by a lottery processxlii. The School shall adopt in advance the enrollment procedure for vacancies that occur during the school year that complies with applicable law.

  • Vending Machines Seller shall remove all monies from all vending machines, laundry machines, pay telephones and other coin-operated equipment as of the Cut-Off Time and shall retain all monies collected therefrom as of the Cut-Off Time, and Purchaser shall be entitled to any monies collected therefrom after the Cut-Off Time.
