For Less Than Full-Time Employees a. For Less Than Full-Time EmployeesRegular employees scheduled to work less than forty (40) hours per week and/or less than twelve (12) months per full fiscal year shall earn vacation at the same rate as full-time unit members with equal years of service, proportional to the number of hours worked per month and the number of months per school year in relation to a full-time working schedule.

  • Full-Time Only During the year of the leave, seniority shall continue to accumulate. Service for the purposes of vacation and salary progression and other benefits will be retained but will not accumulate during the period of the leave.
