Common use of Foundry Allowance Clause in Contracts

Foundry Allowance. (i) An employee working in a foundry is entitled to a foundry allowance of 33 cents for each hour worked to compensate for all disagreeable features associated with foundry work including heat, fumes, atmospheric conditions, sparks, dampness, confined spaces and noise.
