Common use of Fourth General Wage Increase Clause in Contracts

Fourth General Wage Increase. Effective July 1, 2023, all standard basic daily rates of pay in effect on June 30, 2023 for employees covered by this Agreement shall be increased by four (4) percent, computed and applied in the same manner prescribed in Section 1 above.

Fourth General Wage Increase. Effective July 1, 20232013, all standard basic daily hourly, daily, weekly and monthly rates of pay in effect on June 30, 2023 2013 for employees covered by this Agreement shall be increased by four in the amount of three (43) percent, computed and percent applied in the same manner prescribed as provided for in Section 1 abovehereof and applied so as to give effect to this increase irrespective of the method of payment.

Fourth General Wage Increase. Effective July 1, 20232009, all standard basic daily hourly, daily, weekly and monthly rates of pay in effect on June 30, 2023 2009 for employees covered by this Agreement shall be increased by four in the amount of four-and-one-half (4-1/2) percent, computed and percent applied in the same manner prescribed as provided for in Section 1 abovehereof and applied so as to give effect to this increase irrespective of the method of payment.

Fourth General Wage Increase. Effective July 1, 20232023 all hourly, all standard basic daily daily, weekly and monthly rates of pay in effect on June 30, 2023 for employees covered by this Agreement shall be increased by four (4) percent, computed and percent applied in the same manner prescribed as provided for in Section 1 abovehereof and applied so as to give effect to this increase irrespective of the method of payment.

Fourth General Wage Increase. Effective July 1, 20232015, all standard basic daily the hourly base rates of pay in effect on June 30, 2023 for of employees covered by this Agreement shall be increased by four in the amount of three percent (4) percent, computed and 3%). The increase provided in this Section will be applied in the same manner prescribed as provided in Section 1 aboveA (ii) hereof.

Fourth General Wage Increase. Effective July 1, 20232008, all standard basic daily hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly rates of pay in effect on June 30, 2023 2008 for employees covered by this Agreement shall be increased by in the amount of four (4) percent, computed and percent applied so as to give effect to this increase irrespective of the method of payment. The increase provided for in this Section 4 shall be applied in the same manner prescribed as provided for in Section 1 abovehereof.

Fourth General Wage Increase. Effective July 1, 20232005, all standard standard, basic daily rates of pay in effect on June 30, 2023 for employees covered by this Agreement on June 30, 2005 shall be increased by four three and one-half (43.5) percent, computed and applied in the same manner prescribed in Section 1 above.
