Frozen Sick Leave. In accordance with Article 13.07 (b) upon termination of employment an employee shall be entitled to one-half (½) of the number of sick days standing to their credit in the frozen sick leave bank on the basis of the employee's regular weekly basic rate of pay divided by five. The amount shall be the maximum of six (6) months' salary. In the event of death, this cumulative sick leave credit shall be paid to the employee's beneficiary.
