Fuel Policy. All vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel at the start of the hire. Customers must return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel. Customers that return the vehicle with the fuel tank either empty or part full will be charged for the missing fuel at the end of the rental at the locally determined price, along with a fuel collection fee of 20,00€. This can either be deducted from the Security Deposit or paid up-front.

Replacement certificates are available for a fee of $25.00 ($15.00 for the replacement of the certificate and a $10 handling fee). Completion, as defined by the State of Ohio, refers to the completion of the required number of hours, the student’s good faith effort having been exercised during the practical driving portion, and the attainment of a score equal to or greater than 75% on the performance measurement. Should the Student fail to achieve the minimum passing score on the final exam, additional classroom attendance may be required. Fuel Policy. The TENANT is provided with a car with a full tank of fuel, and he undertakes to return it in the same condition, otherwise, the amount of missing fuel and the cost of the additional refuelling service are deducted from the deposit, the cost of this service is 39.00 €. In the case of refuelling a car with the wrong type of fuel, the RENTANT is directly responsible for a possible breakdown of the car and undertakes to pay, without fail, a penalty in the amount of 150.00 € + costs for moving the car + costs for repairing the car + the amount of real damage and lost profit, from the LESSOR. In a car where the use of AdBlue is intended (the car is provided with a full tank of AdBlue liquid and the car must be returned with a full tank of AdBlue liquid ), the TENANT must monitor the level of this liquid and is directly responsible if this subparagraph is not observed. In case of damage caused by the refuelling of this liquid, the TENANT undertakes to pay an additional fee. The amount of this amount is determined by the size of the damage caused.
Fuel Policy. The CUSTOMER must return the fuel tank in the same condition in which it was received. Otherwise, we will take care of refuelling the vehicle. The refuelling charge will include both the market price of fuel per litres used to fill the tank and the refuelling charge. In the event that a sign appears regarding the lack of AdBlue, it is the CLIENT's obligation to refuel the Adblue tank.
Fuel Policy. The Hirer is responsible for returning the vehicle with a full tank of fuel and ensuring that it is as clean as at the point of Hire. €10 charge plus diesel cost if the return with full tank of fuel clause has been ignored.
Fuel Policy. The fuel policy is simple and by the honor system. The aircraft is leased to the Renter as a “dry” rental, meaning fuel levels are maintained by the Renters and not the Operator. Each Renter shall refill the aircraft after each flight to a total fuel level of 30 gallons (15 gallons in each tank). * If, prior to the flight, the Renter notices that the fuel is not at 30 gallons total, the Renter should take a picture of the left and right fuel gages as evidence. The Renter should then notify the Operator and the Operator will deal with the previous Renter. In any case, the Renter shall still leave the aircraft with 30 gallons total after his/her flight. * If an occasion demands a lower amount of fuel for proper weight & balance, etc., the Renter may coordinate with the Operator or other Renter’s prior to his/her flight in order to have the aircraft at the proper fuel level and weight required for the planned flight. * In no case shall the Operator pay for or reimburse a Renter for fuel expenses.
