FULL-TIME CONTRIBUTIONS. The Employer agrees to continue to pay to the jointly trusteed Health and Welfare Trust Fund known as the St. Xxxx Retail Grocery Clerks Health and Welfare Fund, the sum of Ninety-five and 50/100 Dollars ($95.50) per month on behalf of all employees who work an average of more than thirty- two (32) hours per week during the previous month by the fifteenth (15th) day of the month based on hours worked in the previous month excluding Sunday hours. Contributions for new employees will not be paid until the first (1st) of the month following a full thirty (30) days of employment. Effective September 1, 1980, (which means on August hours) the anployer agrees to in­ xxxxxx said contribution by Seventeen and 30/100 Dollars ($17.30) per month, making a total contribution of One hundred twelve and 80/100 Dollars ($112.80) per month. The Seventeen and 30/100 Dollars ($17.30) will be used for the improvement of benefits as determined by the Trustees. Effective September 1, 1981, (which means on August hours) the anployer will contribute that amount necessary to maintain that new level of benefits as determined by the Trus­ tees provided, however, that the contribution cannot be raised to more than One hundred twenty-seven and 80/100 Dollars ($127.80) per month. Effective September 1, 1982, (which means on August hours) the anployer will contribute that amount necessary to maintain that new level of benefits as determined by the Trus­ tees provided, however, that the contribution cannot be raised to more than One hundred forty-two and 80/100 Dollars ($142.80) per month.

  • Full-Time Faculty a) Prior to the evaluation of a full-time faculty member, the first-level manager or designee shall meet with the evaluatee to discuss the criteria, procedures, and timelines (including classroom visits and non-classroom observations) for the evaluation.

  • Full-Time Nurse A nurse who is hired on a permanent basis and who normally works seven (7) hours per day on a thirty-five (35) hour week, normally Monday to Friday unless specifically hired to work an alternate schedule.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38 hours per week. The employee’s ordinary hours of work will not exceed an average of 38 hours per week over a 4 week period. Although the actual hours of work may vary from week to week, with some weeks greater than 38 hours and other weeks less, the employee will not work in excess of 152 ordinary hours in any four week period.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Full-Time Only During the year of the leave, seniority shall continue to accumulate. Service for the purposes of vacation and salary progression and other benefits will be retained but will not accumulate during the period of the leave.

  • Full-Time Union Leave Upon application by the Union, in writing, the Company will grant leave of absence, without pay, to an employee elected or appointed to full-time Union position. It is understood that not more than one (1) employee in the bargaining unit may be on such leave at the same time. Seniority and service shall accumulate during the full term of such leave.

  • Full-Time Employee A full-time employee shall be an employee who is normally scheduled to work not less than forty (40) hours per week, consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour working days.

  • Regular Full-Time Employee A regular full-time employee is defined as one in respect of whom there is a regular schedule of work providing 70 hours of work biweekly.
