Overload Compensation An instructional faculty member may be given overload compensation for additional instructional responsibilities beyond the normal work day or work year. The conditions and compensation of all overload duties shall be established prior to the beginning of additional instructional work. The rate of compensation shall be paid on a prorated salary basis. When calculating the prorated hourly salary under this section, the academic year salary shall be divided by 1344 hours. Faculty members have the option of refusing additional work assignments: when this occurs the rate of compensation will be agreed upon between the employer and the faculty member.
Full-Time Faculty a) Prior to the evaluation of a full-time faculty member, the first-level manager or designee shall meet with the evaluatee to discuss the criteria, procedures, and timelines (including classroom visits and non-classroom observations) for the evaluation.

Extra Compensation 1. CTSO Advisors will be paid twenty-five ($25) per hour (capped at eight (8) hours per day) for non-discretionary CTSO activities (e.g., conferences, conventions, and competitions) involving students on days not scheduled as part of the regular school year calendar.
Full-Time Nurse A nurse who is hired on a permanent basis and who normally works seven (7) hours per day on a thirty-five (35) hour week, normally Monday to Friday unless specifically hired to work an alternate schedule.
Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) and Employer Contributions a) The FTE used to determine the Board’s benefits contributions will be based on the average of the Board’s FTE as of October 31st and March 31st of each year.
Permanent Full-Time Employees Pay and benefits will be computed on a monthly pay status basis.
Contractor’s Compensation The total of all fees paid to the Contractor for the provision of Services as set forth in Exhibit A, including any authorized reimbursable expenses, shall not exceed the total sum of $ . The payments specified in this Exhibit B shall be the only payments made to Contractor unless the City approves a Supplemental Contract.
