Common use of Fund Membership Clause in Contracts

Fund Membership. (a) On engagement, and for existing employees, the employer shall make the employee aware of the employee’s entitlements under this clause and offer the employee the opportunity to become a member of the appropriate Fund. The employer shall provide the employee with full details of the Superannuation Funds defined in this clause. An employee shall be required to properly complete the necessary application form(s) to become a member of the chosen fund.
