Fund Trustees, Programs, Staff. The Trustees of the Fund shall be composed of an equal number of representatives designated by the Union and by the employers contributing to the Fund. While acting in a manner consistent with the Fund Principles established between the Union and Participating Employers, the Trustees will determine the overall parameters for these programs, and the staffing needed to carry out the purposes of the Fund.
