Funded nursery education. 9.1 If you wish to take up your funded nursery education, you are required to complete and sign a Parental Declaration, detailing how and when you will take up the free sessions.
9.2 Our charges will not be made in respect of the funded hours as detailed in the Parental Declaration, but we are entitled to make a reasonable charge for meals or additional activities provided during any free session. Meals are charged at the rate of £3 per meal. [You may bring a cold packed lunch instead if you prefer, but we will not heat up food].

9.3 Outside of the funded 15 or 30 hours, our hourly rate will be applied for all additional hours.
9.4 Access to these hours are available upon request and to access the full 15 or 30 hours a minimum attendance of 3 days is required.

9.2 Provide the requested documents as proof of a child’s date of birth and the relevant confirmation code from HMRC/Local Authority confirming eligibility.
9.3 We will charge £7.50 for each half day of funded entitlement, this is in respect of additional services and resources (including food) that are provided to children which is not a statutory educational requirement but something we feel necessary to deliver a high standard of childcare.
9.4 If you require funded education with no compulsory additional charges we would encourage you to consider our Grasshopper Room which is available on a term time basis which is subject to separate terms and conditions.
Funded nursery education. If you wish to take up your partly funded Nursery education, you are required to complete and sign a Parental Declaration on an annual basis, detailing how and when you will take up the partly funded hours. EYE Parent Declaration forms are to be completed and returned to the nursery manager by the date requested. Xxxxx Xxxx Day Nursery offers the Early Years Education (15 hours) and the Extended Supplement (30 Hours) all funding starts the term after the child’s 3rd birthday. Eligibility Codes must be renewed every 3 months – this is the parent’s responsibility. Parents must provide the nursery with the code renewal when its been checked. These codes will be confirmed through the HMRC. Parents are charged £8.50 per hour for non-funded periods of time attending outside funded hours during a 10-hour day. A voluntary parent contribution of £15.00 per day is requested towards toys/crafts/laundry/equipment and other consumables.
Funded nursery education. 10.1 If you wish to take up your funded nursery education for 2, 3 and 4 year olds, you are required to complete and sign a Merton Early Years Parent Declaration Form on a termly basis, detailing how and when you will take up the funded sessions.
10.2 Our charges will not be made in respect of the funded sessions as detailed in the Parental Declaration Form, but we are entitled to make a reasonable charge for meals, additional activities, consumables and quality premium provided during any funded session. You will also be required to sign our Butterflies Funding Contract which sets out how we deliver funded and unfunded sessions. Unfortunately, due to the high number of children attending the nursery with serious allergies we cannot offer the option for your Child to bring a packed lunch.
Funded nursery education. 9.1 If you wish to take up your funded nursery education, you are required to complete and sign a NAMS form, detailing how and when you will take up the funded sessions.
9.2 Our charges will not be made in respect of the funded hours as detailed in the NAMS Form. Charges will be made for all non-funded hours requested by the parent/carer, based on standard nursery sessions at our published hourly rate.
