Fundraising Commitment. All families will be responsible for meeting a Fundraising Commitment, or pay a higher tuition rate. At the time of enrollment, families must choose one of the following options, in addition to the annual tuition rate: • No Fundraising: $600 will be added to your annual tuition rate • $600 Fundraising Commitment • $500 Fundraising Commitment plus an additional 15 Service Hours Families who do not complete their expected Fundraising Commitment will be billed for the remaining amount owed following the final fundraiser of the year. This amount is due immediately upon receipt. If the signed Financial Responsibility Agreement is not received by the first day of school, we will assume that your family does not wish to participate in fundraising and $600 will be added to your automatic tuition payment plan. The major fundraisers tentatively scheduled for the 2018-2019 school year are: ❖ Meadowfarms Fundraiser (Christmas gifts and supplies/holiday pies): September 2018 through October 2018 Quincy Catholic Academy receives 50% of sales. Therefore, if a family sells $200 worth of merchandise, $100 is credited to your Fundraising Commitment. ❖ Holiday Calendar Drive ($10 each with drawings throughout the month of January): November 2018 through January 2, 2019 (first day of drawing) Quincy Catholic Academy receives 100% of the profit from the calendar drive. Therefore, if a family sells $200 worth of calendars, $200 is credited to your Fundraising Commitment. ❖ Family Night (event and ticket price TBD): March 2019 Amount credited to your Fundraising Commitment TBD ❖ Fun Run (students obtain sponsorships): May 2019 Quincy Catholic Academy receives 100% of the profit from the Fun Run. Therefore, if a student raises $200 in sponsorships, $200 is credited to your Fundraising Commitment.

Fundraising Commitment. As is the nature of any privately funded educational institution, all of the money needed to provide a quality program cannot come from tuition alone. Various financial programs are needed to aid the school in different and distinctive ways. At Power and Grace Preparatory Academy there will be fundraisers that we will specifically need your volunteer time and financial support for, in order to reach the annual fundraising goal. Throughout the school year there will be four planned fundraisers. I respectfully ask that for these events parents invest beyond their tuition in the school by purchasing tickets for themselves and making every effort to sell tickets that are assigned, solicit donations and support fundraising efforts. PGPA students are not required to pay for their entry into any PGPA fundraising event. PGPA students are asked to participate in all school programs and fundraising events. We want all supporters that donate to our academy to see the students they are supporting at all events. All administration, faculty, staff and school board members participate in all fundraising programs. This is a team effort and we appreciate your support! Fundraising Commitment. You agree to raise a minimum of $3,000 for Catholic Charities NY by Tuesday, October 13, 2020. In the event you do not raise $3,000 by this date, you will be personally responsible for the balance owed. If you meet the $3,000 goal, there will be no amount charged to your credit card. • If you have not reached your $3,000 minimum by Tuesday, October 13, 2020 your credit card will be charged. In the event your credit card does not process the balance due, your entry will be revoked and you will not be allowed to run in the marathon. • You agree that if you are unable to complete the race, due to injury beforehand, or for any other unforeseen circumstance, you will still be personally responsible for the full fundraising balance owed. • You agree that if the race cannot be held for any unforeseen circumstance, any funds raised by you will not be refunded. • If you independently have a guaranteed race entry, fundraising is encouraged but not required.

  • Additional Commitments The Parties may negotiate commitments with respect to measures affecting trade in services not subject to scheduling under Article 106 (National Treatment) or Article 107 (Market Access), including those regarding qualifications, standards or licensing matters. Such commitments shall be inscribed in a Party's Schedule.

  • Commitment Within 20 days after the Title Company receives a copy of this contract, Seller shall furnish to Buyer a commitment for title insurance (Commitment) and, at Buyer's expense, legible copies of restrictive covenants and documents evidencing exceptions in the Commitment (Exception Documents) other than the standard printed exceptions. Seller authorizes the Title Company to deliver the Commitment and Exception Documents to Buyer at Buyer's address shown in Paragraph 21. If the Commitment and Exception Documents are not delivered to Buyer within the specified time, the time for delivery will be automatically extended up to 15 days or 3 days before the Closing Date, whichever is earlier. If the Commitment and Exception Documents are not delivered within the time required, Buyer may terminate this contract and the xxxxxxx money will be refunded to Buyer.

  • Financial Commitment 4.1. The cost associated with the representative season (refer representative season handbook) MUST be paid with the signing of this agreement.

If this Settlement Agreement is accepted by the Hearing Panel, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under the By-laws of the MFDA against the Respondent in respect of the facts set out in Part IV and the contraventions described in Part V of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of Part IX below. Nothing in this Settlement Agreement precludes Staff from investigating or initiating proceedings in respect of any facts and contraventions that are not set out in Parts IV and V of this Settlement Agreement or in respect of conduct that occurred outside the specified date ranges of the facts and contraventions set out in Parts IV and V, whether known or unknown at the time of settlement.
