Furlough Bank. There shall be no cash value provided for any furlough hours since the start of the furlough program in 2009 and all furlough bank hours shall be used in accordance with 10.4 (b) below.

Furlough Bank. Current furlough bank hours shall remain in each employee's account until used by the employee as time off from work with pay. Requests to use furlough hours shall be made and may be approved consistent with present vacation policies. Furlough bank hours have no cash value and if not used prior to separation shall be extinguished.
Furlough Bank. On or after the first pay period in July of 2012 and July of 2013, sixty two (62) furlough hours per fiscal will be placed in a furlough bank.
