Furniture Allowance. If Walgreens provided you a furniture allowance in lieu of a surface shipment of household goods for you to either rent or purchase furniture in the host location upon expatriation, you must return rented furniture or sell/dispose of purchased furniture. You may keep any proceeds you receive, if applicable. Walgreens will not cover surface shipment costs back to the home country upon repatriation.
Furniture Allowance. In addition to the Tenant Improvement Allowance, Landlord shall grant to Tenant an allowance of up to Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($650,000) (the “Furniture Allowance”) solely for the purchase of furniture to be utilized in the Premises (the “Furniture”); provided, however, if Tenant fails to utilize any portion of the Furniture Allowance on or before the date that is nine (9) months following the mutual execution of the Lease, then any unused portion of the Furniture Allowance shall be forfeited and Landlord shall thereafter have no obligation to provide any unused Furniture Allowance. Within thirty (30) days after Tenant purchases the Furniture and delivers to Landlord a detailed list of all such Furniture, invoices for all such Furniture and reasonable evidence that payment has been made for such Furniture, Landlord shall reimburse Tenant for the costs of the Furniture in an amount up to, but not exceeding the Furniture Allowance amount. The portion of the Furniture Allowance utilized shall be amortized over the then remaining portion of the initial term of the Lease at the rate of six percent (6%) per annum and such amortized amount (together with interest charges thereon) shall paid by Tenant with, and as part of, the Base Rent for the Premises in accordance with the provisions and requirements of Article 3 of the Lease (the “Amortized Furniture Costs”); provided, however, that the Amortized Furniture Costs shall be a fixed amount and not subject to annual escalations that are otherwise applicable to Base Rent. Within two (2) weeks after the actual cost of the Furniture is known, the parties shall execute and deliver a written amendment to the Lease, in the form acceptable to the parties, wherein there shall be specified, inter alia, the amount of the Base Rent payable by Tenant during the initial term of the Lease after taking into account the amount of the Amortized Furniture Costs. If tenant fails to remit the Amortized Furniture Costs as required under this Section 2.3 following any applicable notice and cure period provided in Article 19 of the Lease, Landlord may, at its option, declare Tenant in default under the Lease.
Furniture Allowance. The Company reimbursed you US$40,000.00 related to the purchase of household furnishings for your Colorado residence. This benefit will be included in your year 2000 taxable income. The Company will pay the United States personal tax liabilities incurred by this benefit, including the tax gross-up, for tax year 2000.
Furniture Allowance. Provided Tenant is not in breach of any provision of this Lease, Landlord shall reimburse Tenant for up to Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) of the reasonable cost of Tenant’s expenses incurred in purchasing furniture that is installed as part of Tenant’s Work (the “Furniture”); it being agreed that such amount shall be paid (provided there is no such breach) within thirty (30) days after Tenant both opens for business in the Premises and provides Landlord with (i) receipts which itemize such costs and acknowledge Tenant’s payment for same, and (ii) waivers of liens, in form and substance acceptable to Landlord, waiving any and all lien rights in connection with Tenant’s Work, such waivers to be provided by all contractors and suppliers providing services and/or materials for Tenant’s Work. Following the Expiration Date, all such Furniture shall automatically become the property of Landlord.

  • Service Core Allowance As of 1 March 2024 the Employer shall pay $1.75 per hour for all work carried out in the construction of service core where the Employee is physically isolated from the top deck and working in an enclosed space. This allowance will be adjusted annually in accordance with CPI (All Groups, Melbourne) movements measured in the twelve month period ending the previous December quarter effective as of 1 March 2025, rounded to the nearest 5 cents. For a period of up to five working days, when Employees working in the service core are required to walk beyond four levels and up to a maximum of six levels, they will be paid double the Service Core Allowance.

  • Vehicle Allowance Vehicle allowances for all distances travelled on Employer business shall be paid to employees required to use their own vehicles in the performance of their duties. Ownership of a vehicle shall not be a condition of employment. Vehicle allowance shall be thirty-seven cents (37¢) per kilometre.

  • Site Allowance All new construction and extension/refurbishment work having a project value in excess of $2.0m will attract the then current City of Melbourne Site Allowance.

  • Expense Allowance The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by him from time to time in the performance of his duties hereunder, against receipts therefor in accordance with the then effective policies and requirements of the Company.

  • Kilometre Allowance 33.1 The Kilometre Allowance per day and Charge Per Excess Kilometre Fee is indicated on Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A. The applicable Excess Kilometre Fee is payable by You to Apollo on return of the Vehicle.

  • Mileage Allowance The state agrees to seek continued funding to provide for the payment of a mileage allowance for the use of privately owned vehicles for official travel at the rate provided in section 112.061(7)(d)1., F.S.

  • Automobile Allowance The Company shall provide the Executive with an automobile allowance in the amount of $1,000.00 per month to be allocated at the Executive’s discretion, or such other monthly amount designated by the Board, and that allowance shall be payable in regular installments in accordance with the Company’s general payroll practices.

  • Cleaning Allowance The University will pay for the cleaning of Department issued uniforms and necessary work clothing requiring cleaning worn by employees assigned to non-uniformed positions.

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.

  • Relocation Allowance An employee who is promoted and required by agency policy to relocate his residence shall be granted time off with pay for one workday for this purpose. In addition, the employee shall be granted travel time to the new location based on the most direct route. No employee will be credited with more than the number of hours in the employee’s regular workday and such time shall not be counted as hours worked for the purpose of computing compensatory time or overtime.
