GCSS-MC PRODUCTION/PSS ENVIRONMENT SUSTAINMENT. The Contractor shall maintain and sustain the current production/production support system, including all hardware, software, and ancillary equipment in the GCSS-MC Production System. The Contractor shall support troubleshooting and corrective action in response to events, incidents, or problems. The Contractor shall maintain configuration control of the system baseline and ensure all changes to production configuration items are properly documented and reported. The Contractor shall maintain control of production assets and support physical inventories and configuration audits. The Contractor shall apply security patching and risk management framework (RMF) artifact updates to ensure system accreditation and sustainment of its Authority To Operate (ATO). The Contractor shall resolve performance and functional anomalies. The Contractor shall reconfigure, retire, dispose, or ship the Production system or system components as required by Government directions. Prior to retiring the system, the Contractor shall conduct final backups of the system configuration and data, removing all software and data from the servers, shutting down the system, dismantling the hardware, and preparing it for disposal, storage, or shipment. The Contractor shall cohesively integrate and sustain the Production environment and ensure its synchronization with the SDE and training environments. The Contractor shall provide recommendations for improvement for potential software and proposed hardware used in the Production environment via ECPs utilizing the Engineering Change Proposal.

  • Safe Working Environment ACM does everything reasonably possible to provide a safe working environment for all of its stakeholders including Suppliers and its own employees and agents. ACM does not tolerate offensive, abusive, bullying, discriminatory or otherwise unlawful behaviour or any form of harassment (“Offending Behaviour”). If a Supplier engages in Offending Behaviour, ACM may suspend or terminate this Milk Supply Agreement.

  • Substance Abuse Testing The Parties agree that it is in the best interest of all concerned to promote a safe working environment. The Union has no objection to pre-employment substance abuse testing when required by the Employer and further, the Union has no objection to voluntary substance abuse testing to qualify for employment on projects when required by a project owner. The cost and scheduling of such testing shall be paid for and arranged by the Employer. The Union agrees to reimburse the Employer for any failed pre-access Alcohol and Drug test costs.

  • NON-SEXIST ENVIRONMENT 1. A non-sexist environment is defined as that in which there is no discrimination against females or males by portraying them in gender stereotyped roles or by omitting their contributions.

  • Random Drug Testing All employees covered by this Agreement shall be subject to random drug testing in accordance with Appendix D.
