The Contractor must provide all data processing resources, including system architecture, hardware, software, automation tools, and services necessary to meet the CITSS operating requirements. Service availability provided will be consistent with a Tier III or better data center. In the event of a service interruption, the Contractor will restore services as quickly as possible to maintain the service availability standard. Restoration of CITSS services following a disruption of services resulting from a minor incident is expected within 48 hours or less. It is recognized that a major incident could require a longer time to restore systems. The data center will provide staff availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to assist in resolution of any interruptions of service. Penetration testing will be performed by a third-party prior to deployment and at key CITSS deployment steps.
