I was called to look and assess the damage caused by vandalism, arriving at the pole I observed the lower part of the pole, the canoe and the 4 human figures had paint on the heads of all the figures. • The 1st one in the bow of the canoe has his whole right side of his head and shoulder covered in blue paint. • The 2nd figure has gold paint on his face and shoulder and on his hat also, with some more paint and wear and tear on the canoe. • The 3rd figure has the same color paint as figure #1, and also on the right side, and the paint is dripping down on his face and the front of his coat. • The last figure, #4 has some gold paint on his face, and there is wear and tear on the paint with cracking and chipping, He also has a crack between his right eye and his hair line. • There is several places that xxxx and lichen are growing. The date and time for the pole to be taken down with ceremony and delivered to 0000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xx. will be determined.
